Little or no chance you would ever be cited for an illegal 'donation' inside a private residence, but it would still be illegal to do so without the REQUIRED paperwork no matter what you choose to call it (donation or give). A judge isn't going to care if you think the law is dumb or stupid - which this one clearly is IMHO. [/size][/#800000][/font]
