So what about Lincoln Beach at Utah Lake. Bob, couldn't you go down there and launch your boat? Can I (from Idaho) go there?

I could, and so could you.  However, I don't fish it for several reasons, not the least of which is having to haul my boat through almost 100 miles of Wasatch Front traffic during the week during commuter congestion both ways (I don't 'do' weekend fishing unless forced to do so).  Add to that the fact that Utah Lake doesn't have anything I want to fish for this time of year.  Go for it Randy.  Just stay away form the State Park portion of the lake and you'll be fine.

I'm pretty sure my hang tag dose not say "county" parks pass. I say either close them completely, or let the public use them responsibly. There are many residents of Weber county that live closer to Willard than some residents of northern Box Elder. Only allowing county residents to use the parks does not add any level of added safety or responsibility. Or perhaps I'm just bitter because this ruins my trip to Jordanelle this week. 

Take it up with Governor Herbert, Ward.  He's the one that issued the directive.  

And have you EVER seen John Q Public act responsibily?  Yeah; me neither.
