Took the kiddos to UL yesterday for some fishing before school starts. We fished out of AF Harbor. Tried to find some white bass at the bubble up but struck out. No water appeared to be flowing. Last year at this time there was a healthy flow and lots of white bass. Went to plan B and chased cats. We landed 7 in 4ish hours of fishing. Wasn’t a full 4 hours as the kiddos decided to cool off with a swim. We headed in around noon as it was getting a bit warm. Great way to end the loooong summer with the kids!
