I submitted my feed back to the DWR, but I thought this would be a good string to discuss proposals that are not on this years agenda, but that we would like to see considered in the future. There are a couple I have, the first is having a separate bag limit for Kokannee and trout, like they do in Idaho and the other is to allow the filleting of Kokanee at Strawberry, it makes sense to have the no filleting of trout because of the slot limit, but if you where required to leave the skin on, there is no mistaking a kokanee filet for a trout filet.
