I totally agree with you all that this should be open to all of us to enjoy. But 
ly, so many others have ruined it for those of us that do really care, pick up after ourselves and respect others. Then, if that’s not enough, if they did come in and open it up, charge a fee, it would be most likely so out of control and pricey that none of us would be willing to pay to use it.
