I don't know about the rest of you, but catching brook trout high in the Rocky Mountains of Utah absolutely never gets old to me. The colors just blow my mind. Heck, this one isn't even it's spawn colors yet as I caught it during the summer. I have seen that lately that they are in their dark pre-spawn colors right now and will just continue to get more vibrant between now and ice-up. I can't wait to catch some fully colored up brookies soon! Anyone else on here get serious about colored up brook and brown trout in the fall? (Just remember to stay clear of the redds please.)
