Second Willard trip

Tin-can it was me that offered.  I just kbow it helps to have a hand sometimes.  I got skunked also.  Will be back at it tomorrow.  It will turn on soon i hope.

My wife and I also decided to give Willard a try and were able to land 4 walleye. No real size to them as they ranged from 14 to 16 inches. All were caught on number 5 flicker shads dragging them 60 feet behind the boat at 1.6 to 1.8 mph. The fish we caught were about 100 yards south east of the light pole.
Now for the best part of the trip, as Tin Can stated above we were the ones that parked behind him at the dumpster (Farm Boat) and while getting the boats back on the trailers to leave we had a great conversation with him and look forward to more conversations in the future.  
We always enjoy meeting new people and sharing a few fishing notes and stories so if you see the red and white Crestliner with farm boat on the side don't hesitate to say hello and if nothing else we can probably tell you what didn't work that day.

 Glad you did better than me yesterday. West Jordan could be a long drive if you have to pack a skunk with you    . 

Enjoyed the conversation, I'll be watching for that Crestliner when I'm on the water.  

Question: You were wearing a Peach State Freightliner ball cap yesterday.  Did you spend some time in Georgia ?

Sorry Willard did not treat you better today Forest, did you happen to notice what the water temp was?

  Curt, several answers to this have been posted, but I'll just stick my observation in anyway. 

  South area near feed lot and from about 6 fow to 11fow  was bouncing between 57.5 and 59.0

   Yes, there was water coming from the baffles, but not alot, I would guess at about 20% flow.  Were numerous bank tanglers along the banks and rocks.  Saw one guy leaving with a stringer of what looked like 3 Wiper.
