Thanks, ol buddy. Deer Creek always produces some healthy bows. Even though I had reliable reports of a few walleyes being caught, I was not overly confident in doing very well so early in the summer season. In truth, I was perfectly happy exercising those spotted fishies. They pull good and definitely jump more than walleyes.
We gotta lotta time left in the year for multi species. I saw that you got into some walleye action on Starvy. Good on ya. Not sure I will make it over there this year. Plenty of good fishing a lot closer.
