Hey Jeff, I haven't been keeping up on the contest, who is Mike? Wow, a 29" walleye is a great eye. Was it caught at Utah lake?

Nope Curt, I caught it at starvy,  dont get to hid UL as much, try in to learn starvy, have had some good days,  still finding the big girls.

Wow, that's a great eye out of starvation. I figured there were a few that big in there but it's great to hear you have figured them out there. Were you using the same tactics you use at UL when you caught it?

I do throw alot of jigs out here, that one was caught trolling at night, It was a great june full moon, we probably boated 30+ eyes that night, biggest was her 23 and my 29, most 15 -.  There are big ones in there, still finding all the best places and times to hit them,  we was trolling in 5 to 15 ft, pulling cranks, running shallow in the dark is pretty stressful running that close to the bank.

That's good to know you can catch them there, trolling cranks and I hear you about trolling that shallow, especially at night. How many hours did you troll that night, to catch 30 plus eyes?
