At the risk of sounding rather idiotic... I've never been to the gorge, and have been wanting to take my boat there. Ok this talk about fishing license for fishing the Wyo. side, Utah side... the question is , how do you know when you've strayed over to the Wyo side? Do they have a huge neon billboard that says, Welcome to Wyoming", hanging over the Gorge/stateline?[crazy]
