[laugh] no doubt the first couple are a hand full,
I think I just held up the turtle for a shot with me and then layed the turtle on its back to get a full lengh shot with the ruler.
I learned a long time ago if you lay them on thier back they are pretty much all done...[

you can go back and look how I did mine and then you can do the same with your next one. chances are good if you go back to where you caught that one in the morning around 8-10 am with a peice of chicken liver you will bring in another one...[]
it never gets old catching them, and every one is always amazed to see them.
