U.S. Signs Colorado River Protection Pact

All I can say is I think that it is a waste of lots of money for a purpose that nobody wants anyway. Why do we want to spend 650 million so like very, very few squawfish, bonytail and humpback chubs, and razor back suckers can live better? By the biomass of the native endangereds in this stretch of the river, we would be spending about 1 million dollars per fish. Seems like a waste of money, and even if it did work, what good does it do us?
