Idaho Fishing License Fee Increase

ive had a season non res license for the last 3 years now. i personally dont like a increase myself but. i can say the fish and game do their job very well in idaho compared to utah where you never see a conservation officer. i would pay the extra fee but just seems that everythign is always going up yet most of that money gos to places that i would never see a benefit.
