Colorado Trip
#6
Well now that I am back, I'm not to dissapointed because i did get a lot of trout fishing in when the bass were not biting!

When i fished pella Crossings I did use a jig and a pig. A 3/8 Black and blue booyah jig. But no luck. I was really amazed at all of the cover on those ponds. All of the stumps and trees and some of them had to be in like 10 feet of water. But there didn't seem to be anyfish.

So Don, have you fished there before?

I actually have a challenge for anyone in the area of McCall Lake. I would have to say i fished that lake so hard, almost 3 days straight, for just one bass. I was out in my tube the first day for about more than 2 hours trying for one and the second day fishing all the wood cover and i used about everything i have to try and catch a bass, so i would say if you want a challenge...fish there for bass[Smile] Haha let me know what I was doing wrong!
