Unless your willing to drive I-15 in a blizzard I'm guessing you didn't make it to Devil Creek on Saturday.
Here's a picture that I took from the SW corner of the Dam on the 24th. It is hard to tell from the cell phone pic but the darker water in the bottom left corner is ice. Shouldn't be long before I'm walking on the ice. [
