I have been a friend and client of Jim's for 14-15 years. Ihave never been mistreated or disappointed. He has always been extremely fair with me. I love the intensity in the method. I know first hand that if you slack off even a little, that is when you will get hit and you will miss. Jim is intense only because he knows what it takes to catch fish. He is being paid good money and all he wants is his for clients to get their moneys worth. Are you fishing to kick back, soak up the sun sucking on a cold one or are you there to catch a trophy? You choose. Niether choice is for everyone. I love the exhausted feeling I get everytime I have spent the day on the Pond and know I have been focused and have been successful. If you want to catch a trophy lake trout and don't have experience, Jim will "git'r done". Hats off to his style, methods and success!
