Best eatting fish?

I grill and smoke alot of Salmon and Trout now but I like about all fish. What I think is most interesting is what best fish meals you've had that you remember the most. When I lived next to Morro Bay in the 70's, I grilled the wings from stingray (cookie cutter rounds) as well as chunks from the shovel nosed or skates in the bay. (section further toward the tail was best) Grilled with barbeque sauce they were a real treat for my family as I was a broke student.
In Turkey (Istanbul) they served a blackened whitefish (pure white meat) from the sea that was probably the best fish I ever tasted. Some type of shiny looking sleek fish, maybe 10 -12 inches. Out of this world.
RAF Northoldt in England used to provide us in-flight lunches with salmon and cucumber sandwiches on a dill bread. Really superb.
"Tiddy Dols" (sp?) in London served a magnificient trout meal in the 80's.
Northern Lights serves a great trout and eggs breakfast right here in Boise now with our famous Idaho trout from the Snake River farms.
The catfish restaurants on the brackwater rivers near Savannah used to get my money regularly.
My aunt in Oklahoma City has the best fish fry's with breaded crappie, walleye, channel cat, and bass. Eat until you can't move. Great fish everywhere if it is prepared properly.
