Hey, Dryrod. Like you, I probably eat more salmon than all others combined. My absolute favorite salmon is Alaskan Copper River when it is available from May to mid-June. (several websites mention it) Dark, deep red, and the richest salmon I've ever grilled. Pricey but worth every dime. Took me 2 or 3 times to get accustomed to this particular salmon but now I'm hooked on this fish! I'm sure you've tried it if you're in the NW?
