[#0000ff]And, for your information, the rib bones are large but there are lots of small flesh bones that make carp difficult to fillet easily.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I had some buddies in California that used to come over to watch football and eat up all my smoked salmon and steelhead. I served them some smoked carp and they claimed it was the best salmon I had ever done.[/#0000ff]
