BFT unofficial Foot Ball Pool week 7
#18
[#000000]Week #7. With a wild and crazy week of football coming to a close, lets take a look at the action from Week #6. [/#000000]
[#000000][/#000000]
[#000000]We begin in St. Louis, where Josh Brown's 54-yard field goal as time expired, lifted the Seahawks over the Rams 30-28, while in Tampa Bay, the Buccaneers used a replay reversal in the closing minute to take the bite out of the Bengals 14-13. [/#000000]
[#000000][/#000000]
[#000000]The Saints keep marching on, as John Carney's last second field goal clipped the Eagles 27-24, while the "Jake Delhomme to Steve Smith" connection proved to be too much, as the Panthers slipped past the Ravens 23-21. [/#000000]
[#000000][/#000000]
[#000000]The Giants and Tiki Barber overpowered the Falcons in the second half, to walk away with a 27-14 victory, while Vince Young recorded his first NFL victory as the Titans rallied past the Redskins 25-22. [/#000000]
[#000000][/#000000]
[#000000]In Dallas, the Terrell Owens saga continued, as the "Flambouyant One" caught three touchdown passes to spark the Cowboys past the Texans 34-6, while the Steelers played like Super Bowl Champions, dropping the Steel Curtain over the Chiefs 45-7. [/#000000]
[#000000][/#000000]
[#000000]LaDainian Tomlinson's four touchdowns ignited the Chargers in a blowout of the 49ers 48-19, while the Broncos used another dominating defensive effort to smother the hapless Raiders 13-3. [/#000000]
[#000000][/#000000]
[#000000]Finally, in the Monday Night finale, the Bears pulled off the improbable, as they rallied from a 20 point halftime deficit to stun the Cardinals in dramatic fashion 24-23.[/#000000]

[#000000]TIGER-Mania is running wild. That's right Detroit fans, with this latest epidemic now breaking out across the entire city, it now dangerously appears to have been caught by our Detroit Lion football team. Known to be very contagious, symptoms include a constant feeling of euphoria, a winning attitude, and the most obvious, getting a "W" in the "Win" column. How else would you explain standout performances on both sides of the football this past week? Roy Williams and Kevin Jones combining for 324 of the 394 total yards and accounting for both Lion touchdowns. Over on defense, James Hall finishing with 3 1/2 sacks and the Lions winning the turnover battle 3 to 1. So Motor City, something is definitely in the air and this spells very bad news for the Jets, TIGER-Mania is running wild, bring on the World serious!!![/#000000]

Oh ya, as for the lions, Personaly I think it was a fluke, how else do you explain my not winning the mega lotto last fryday?[laugh] I will pickup another ticket fryday and if I win I will buy a loins ticket....LOL[sly]
