[black][size 3]One time when I was fishing out there with my hounds, the boys took off with a howl and a bay in the direction of the vehicle(at that moment, I thought they were after a badger or mountain lion - so I dropped my gear and quickly followed). By the time I got there, all I saw was a vehicle driving away in a hurry with my hounds in pusuit baying. However, oddly, there were fresh foot prints all around my vehicle and nowhere else. [black][size 3]I guess the sight or sound of 400 lbs. of hound baring down on them at full gallop looked to be more risk than was acceptable for the potential reward. LOL - I don't really blame them for that decision. [/size][/black]
