well I love the teen -20lb type fish try this a little season salt a bit of garlic salt then take some ground garlic and smother fillet lay on grill skin side down for 20min or until black around edges then flip fillet and season the same - ground garlic make sure too cook slow and watch flare up's from the oil's or try bottling them use a pint jar tsp galic salt tsp white vineger fill jar's and put in pressure cooker till done enjoy fish mac's are good............................................
