I just picked up a huge lot of Jed Welsh lures, hooks, tools(millions of items).. well I think everything from his warehouse closure. I ran across his original seller's permits dating back at least to the 1930's. (I havent opened the frame but there are at least 10 permits) I was wondering how I can go about finding out if there is any value to any of this.
