Have you tried either of the cottonwood creeks? A good friend of mine would hit those almost every day after class at the U for stress relief and he at least says he never got skunked. Also Thistle creek along highway 6 and 89 has been good to me in the past. If you are of the inclination to travel a bit the Logan river and Blacksmith Fork in Cache Valley are almost always good bets. My favorite right now has been the Weber for whitefish and an occasional Brown. Of course the main reason I head there right now is that my wife has a heart attack if I go too much further and end up putting $50 worth of gas in the truck[]. Good Luck!
