You can catch them with small bright colored lures, like pink, chartruse, yellow, orange. Bigger stuff workes at the Gorge but you will need smaller lures at Porcupine. You can get down to the right depth using lead core line and maybe dipsy divers but downriggers are the best. Good luck. WH2
