docks in the inlet

i have a buddy of mine who owns a dock in the inlet and he said i could fish or throw the net there anytime i wanted to theres bait everywhere and u can drum feeding of shrimp in the grass only problem is i dont have a jon boat to get to them is there anyway i could get them to me??any tips for fishing off this dock would be great iam go try here in a few hours
