I don't really ever use the double haul cast. I mostly use a side arm for low brush, Spey cast for limited casting room or with my lighter 1/3 to 3/8oz flies and my Whip cast for 1/4oz on up to the 1 1/2oz flies.

I am just trying to create some fresh air in here and help out with opening up some ideas for others to ponder and learn from. I am also trying to keep it friendly and not try to give any personal slams nor offenses.
