It's really 
what FEMA has done from the start. They have blown it big time for the folks and waste of our money. But we need to start pointing fingers at our local congressman and women who are suppose to over see all this. Lets start getting some new blood into the system instead of the old boy gang. We can only blame ourselves for them being in office.
