we need both,
social medicin and capitolitic medicin.
the hard part is keeping those who dont need social medicin out of there. all to often the wealthy will abouse what ever system is put in place because they think thier tax dollars paid for it.
that last part about the tax dollars may be true, but you have to ask, who labored to make them the tax dollars that they could spend at our governments gift shop?..
granted social medicin is not the best, it can be quite laim at times, and in the past the poor were used as experiment cases by social medical physians. That being said, it still paid for vacines like small pox that saved a bunch of welthy people of polio and a bunch of other nasty bugs that would have fed on them just the same as it would have the poor had an outbreak splurged up...
my nephew with out social medicne was turned away from a hospitol with an enflamed apendix. died three days later... Sad part was he had just inlested in to the army to go over seas. the ink on his test papers haddent even dryed yet.
I see how good we teach capitolism over seas, look at the product comming from China, absolute trash. Our kids play things covered in lead. we may as well be feeding our kids sinkers and bird shot.
Ya China got the capitolism thing down pat. Get-er-dun any way you can and get-er-out the door and dont wory about quality cause it looks good from their back yard.... cause they dont have to look at the land fill all that toxic waist is going in....
