Thanks, but I did not want this to turn into a "buy 'x-brand' of shotgun" post. For example Lunkerhunter raved about Nova's, yet my friend has a Bennelli SBE (super black eagle) and it was sent back to the factory a few times and the damn thing still wouldn't work, so he sold it and bought a Remington. In fact, there are probably more 870's in circulation than any other shotgun out there. Sounds like you had a lemon. That sucks, but I'm looking for what people think of the 3.5" 12g being able to shoot three different shells and perhaps how you personally feel about how they compare to a 10g (if you have both). I looked at 10's, but it seems there is more versatility with the 12's. Has anyone else had a bad issue with the 3.5" super mag remington?
