Thanks for all the info. I now have the 870 Super Mag in my possession. I found a screaming deal on a brand new, camo, waterfowl edition all three choke tubes, swivel cap on magazine tube as well as the sling. Price was $369.99. To order this same gun brand new (it comes with only one modified choke tube) it is $450.00. The only issue with the gun I bought was there was no carboard box! Got lost at the store. I checked the chamber before I bought it for smoothness and it is very smooth. Unlike a lot of the earlier (1999-2006) express or supermag guns where it appeared that Reminton used dull reamer dies to ream out the chamber; which caused shells to stick or become very difficult to eject due to the roughness. Many owners were polishing the chambers to eliminate this problem rather than sending the gun back to Remington. I already put a box of shells (mixed 2.75", 3" and 3.5") through it this weekend without so much as a hiccup! This will now be my go-to gun for ducks/geese.
