Belated welcome to the Board. I highly recommend the campgrounds at Temple Bar (on the AZ side of Mead). I have camped there in tents on numerous occasions. Very clean and private, and easily accessible. The marina, bait shop and restaurant, are only a couple hundred yards away so that's very convenient as well. Fishing is also excellent near and around the Temple Bar Marina. Hope the info helps.
