That’s one thing not many can say bad about Accurate…<br>Their Customer Service is…<br><b>TOP a the Line.</b><br><br>Their product is Still being figured out, getting the bugs out of the NEW design.<br><br>`couple years, I believe their reels Will be worth the $$$.<br>They are now if you get the upgraded & newer models.<br><br>& for the timing of the call…[shocked]…<br>That’s a tough one, I <i> “think”</i> it’s 19 hours behind Hawaii so 21 for SoCal..?<br>We get plenty late night calls at my house.<br><br>Fair chance when ya get the reel back, it’ll be an upgraded one, maybe not the old one `fixed.<br><br>[
