Sand Hollow is actually very nice it does attract the recreational crowds though. You can actually camp right on the lake. So no 6 mile drive to get your line wet. Quail Creek is right next door so you can get a change of scenery. They are State Parks so there is an entrance fee. And like I said it is closer. Bigger fish..
