Well if they want everyone to start washing their boats every time they go from one body of water to another then they need to start telling people that. Almost every time I've gone to Utah Lake, Deer Creek, or Jordanelle this summer they ask me what the last lake I've been on was. Then when I respond with Utah Lake, Deer Creek, or Jordanelle...they
