Birch Creek has tons of little minnows, not sure what kind they are but they are plentiful. Those bait fish contribute to the rapid growth rate on those tigers up there.
Causey lacks bait fish, that why 90% of the fish you catch up there are under 15 inches. They need some baitfish in Causey so that the fish can get bigger. Don't get me wrong, there are some lunkers in Causey, but they are most likely big browns and cutts sitting on the bottom.
