i dont know how to explain it but on the back of the prop is a rubber part that wears off over time i cant remember what its called but i think it is the hub.Anyway once it wears down the prop wont get traction and will not spin.The motor will go but the boat will stay still. It was an easy fix cost me $165 for a new one and it took me less than a minute to put it on.
