[cool]Had the day off so went to Hemenway at o:dark thirty in my tube in the am. Didn't get my first fish til after 8 am. A 2lber that hit a pencil popper. The next was 30 min. later. A 9lb 4oz. that hit a deep diving x-rap. I was using a lighter pole and 12lb test. It was a vertical battle for about 10 min. with him spinning me in circles. After the plant all the trout headed down the beach where I saw another guy get a 12 lber. I went to Boulder and got two more on a bomber long A and three on 'chovies. The wind came up real quick and called it a day. I was hoping to get my first double digit for the year. I think he is close enough ; thats a 54 quart cooler he is in..
