For hand augers, it's a hard to beat a strikemaster lazer. I have the 6 &8" models. for a power auger I have a strikemster lazer mag. I'm selling that to a buddy and upgrading to the 4 stroke strikelite. it runs off straight gas so no more mixing fuel [
