well I went back out to the lake to day about an hour before twilight.

I looked out over the lake and saw the weeds that were chopped up by the boats all washed ashore on the eastern banks. It looked as thick as pea soup. and was 50 feet from the shore line.

needless to say I did not get in a single cast.
