Idaho Camping w/ a boat

Hello everyone - I live in Denver but my wife and I are planning a week-long trip to Idaho next summer. I'd like to bring my boat, so we're looking for a lake where we can rent a rustic cabin, get away from major crowds (and jetskis) and do some relaxing and fishing.
