Paranoia has infected all the Fed & State officials that oversee the dams. One of my favorite fishing holes was just below Deer Creek, but you can’t get near the place now, without getting a ticket. I am sure that will stop some suicide bomber with a shoe or underwear bomb from going there! He might get a ticket! It’s all about making the public think the Feds are doing something to protect us. But unless they put armed guards 24 hr. a day with dogs and machine gun nests around the dams, all there rules are worthless!
