You really are not sure what your talking about, are you. Starvation is filled with Bass and Walleye, and they can acctually controll the chubs. So much, in fact that they are wipping out the smaller chubs, so none of them are surviving to reach the age of reproduction. If you dumped more chubs into Starvation, and took from the thriving population at Strawberry, you would be helping the Walleyes and Bass at Starvation, which are becoming smaller and smaller because of there being little or no bait fish that they can eat. Also, the fact that they are chubs that they are eating out at Starvation would prove that they need more chubs. Now, if you don't like that, keep it to yourself. You obviously do not know what you are talking about, so you should not critize other people. And yes, if you can get away with it, live minnows are a far supperior bait to their dead counter parts. Fish for Ling Cod in Oregon with jigs, then go to Washington and fish with Perch. You'll see the difference the first minute that you drop down.
