I say do it now, before it's too late. One over 24 would be even better. I love trophy management. I still think the chubs will over populate no matter how many cutthroat are in the reservoir, but it's worth a shot. It's just my opinion, but I think the experiment has simply failed. Also, I think there is a very high mortality on C&R trout due to improper handling of fish. A trout just does not have a chance if there is a long fight, the fish is laid in the boat or it is squeezed while removing the hook. Just my $.02.
