Boat Capacity Decal?
#21
two tyoes of dates on an extinguisher. one is a simple exiration date, probably printed on the lable someplace or stamped on the can (bottom, round the neck on top, maybe right on the side as it goes down from the top to be flatter)

the other will be on a unit that can be recharged, it will have an inspect tag on it (yearly) that indicated the month and year it was inspected then it "expires" at the end of the month before it is punched the follwing year.

most boats i think would typically have a disposable extinguisher on them. this leads me to look for the first date type. expiration date. I am sure if you google you can find out where it is.
