Had a few hours yesterday evening after doing my chores, decided to hit the Lower Provo. Water above Canyon View park was running high/fast. Got on a stretch below the park at around 6 and fished until 9. I was having a tough time landing fish. Long line released half a dozen or so, caught a couple of dinks and a decent 16 incher. Only saw a couple of fish rising. Most action came on a size 20 hare's ear. I did get a couple of hits on a caddis as the sun was going down. In any case, water and weather were great. Not a bad way to spend an evening.
