Pineview boat ramp launchable???

I fished in the narrows Sunday when the main body of water got to crowed and the area where I think you fish there was already a float tuber and people fishing from the bank and I did not want to be squezzing myself in there. That area is always hard to fish with out ruin it for somebody else.
I fished the north arm and if you get too close to the old highway you will be in 4'-6' of water. Down buy the middle fork area I got stuck on a sand bar that snuck on me real quick.
