I can just see that! [laugh] I have been in the same situation with larger flies. I wonder if there is an agency where you can rent a 10 year old for the day! [crazy]
I used to have one of those magnetic catches for my net, and one day I resorted to unclipping it and by using a half in each hand, I finally got my fly out of the grass.
Why is it that when you drop a fly it is invariably your last or only one of that kind? Is this one of "Murphy's Laws"?
