I've fished both and really have never caught anything close to as big as I do in the valley or over in box elder or willard, maybe just exclude those two bodies of water. I don't think that too many people try really hard at powell or the george for big cats anyway. I would have thought that the bigger cats would be found in places like Utah lake, Cutlar marsh and areas like that. Let me know if you change your mind I'd love to try. The other upside to a statewide tourney is that you might find some new places for cats that you might not have thought of fishing before.[
