Has anyone ever been to Las Vacaros resevoir, or Lake Del Vall?

I went to Los Vaqueros last wekend nothing bit ahahahaha where are we suppost to fish there anyways? Land? Boat? what is the best bait there for catfish,stripers, carp, and trout there?
